Hello, I am Chair of Trustees for Spotlight YOPD. We are at a very exciting time in the development of our Charity.
Spotlight YOPD is 100% run by volunteers and is led and advised by those living with YOPD. We receive no government funding. As a charity we raise awareness of the condition, and this year, for the first time we will be at the World Parkinson’s Congress as a Charity to influence researchers and the medical profession as well as talking to YOPD individuals and organizations from all parts of the world.

Spotlight YOPD, a UK-based charity with global impact, seeks an exceptional individual to serve as our Voluntary CEO. This isn’t your typical CEO role – we need someone extraordinary who truly understands the challenges faced by younger individuals with YOPD and is eager to actively contribute to running the charity.
As our CEO, you’ll be hands-on, involved in fundraising, management, and supporter relations. Your leadership will shape our future, raise awareness of YOPD, and build strategic partnerships. Previous fundraising and management experience is valuable, but passion and a personal connection to YOPD matter most.
